We’ve got you covered with a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the time your order hits your doorstep to request a return. We’re all about making things right, but here’s how to keep this process smooth:
Eligibility for Returns
If you're not feeling your item or it’s not what you expected, no worries! The item must be in the same condition as when it left us—unused, unworn (for apparel), and still with tags, in its original packaging. Don’t forget to have your receipt or proof of purchase handy to get the ball rolling.
Ready to start your return? Shoot us an email at hello@tattoopaintroll.com, and we’ll guide you through it. Remember, returns have to be approved first. No surprises, no hassle. Items sent back to us without getting the thumbs up won’t be accepted.

Damages and Issues
We take pride in our quality, but if you receive an item that’s damaged, defective, or incorrect, let us know right away. We'll make it right—your satisfaction is our priority.
Non-Returnable Items
We’re keeping it simple. Any used items, custom orders, or sale items can’t be returned. This includes things like stickers that have been peeled or dice sets that have been used in designs. If it’s been worn, washed, or otherwise altered, it’s yours to keep. No returns on gift cards either—but we know you get it. Got specific questions? Just reach out—we’re happy to help clear things up.
Exchanges
Want to swap something out? We make it easy. Go ahead and purchase the item you want, and as soon as we get your return and approve it, we’ll refund you. This way, you get your hands on what you want faster, and we keep things rolling.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For our EU customers, you've got the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving your item, no questions asked. Same rules apply: the item must be unused, unworn, and still in its original packaging with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if your refund is good to go. If approved, we’ll process your refund within 5 business days to your original payment method. Just keep in mind your bank or credit card might take a bit longer to process it on their end.
