Second time being let down by this company. I find it so strange that after you guys made such a public song and dance about doing the right thing and amending an old order that never went through, we still haven’t received anything and have been left unread.

Your package made it all the way to Adelaide, and DHL marked it as “Undeliverable — customer refused shipment.” Meaning it reached the exact address you provided, and someone at that address declined it.

We didn’t just resend your order — we added extra free product to make things right. So seeing you say we “didn’t deliver,” while DHL clearly shows the shipment was refused on your end, makes it impossible for us to fix anything. We can’t make it right if the package isn’t accepted.
We’re a small, community-driven brand. We show up. We own our mistakes. We even fix things when the issue isn’t ours. All we ask for is honesty and a fair shot to help.
